Paul Gardner
Co-Owner, Designer, Artist, Creator and Customer Specialist
Founder and chief visionary, Paul is the driving force behind the company. Raised with a lot of old school principal and beliefs, though a little moody at times, he loves to keep his hands and brain full by taking a project from concept to creation within the selections of furniture, laser design products, image printing products and more while designing the marketing, and customer experience strategies.
As a disabled American veteran of a previous era, naturally creative and visually gifted, Paul understands that this company is only as good as his promise of quality and his last product. This pushes him to almost obsessive detail perception on every product, no matter the item. If it isn't right, he would rather let his client know than send out a bad product.
This mindset has kept his business dealings in good standings now for many years now while his dark sense of sarcastic humor allows and quick wit keeps him humble.
Shannon Gardner
Co-Owner, Artistic Mind, Creator, Customer Service Specialist and Chief Financial Officer
Shannon, Paul's beautiful wife of over 20 years now, loves coming up with creative ideas, taking on challenges and seeing the final product come to life. With her multi-year experience as Customer Service Manager within the business industry, Shannon has helped the company come to life and to get where it is today.
Shannon's warm heart is among the best when it comes to designing heartfelt messages for gifts, special occasions and personalized content, no matter what it may need to be to be personalized to your liking. The empathy that she exudes seems to show in her creations as she works exceptionally hard to make a perfect creation for each client.
However, don't get us wrong, she has a fantastically sarcastic sense of humor that matches Paul's grumpy ways. So she is always ready to hear your ideas too, no matter how far out you think they may be.
